I started Photobombing roughly a year ago now. Initially it was a spark in my mind, then very quickly it was a reality. I distributed hundreds of pictures all over the place in West Yorkshire. Some of my Photobombs made their way as far as Edinburgh.
After what was initially a very successful and promising start I ran out of time to run the project, but now older and wiser, Photobombing is making a return. The results of last years attempt are available to view here.
How does photobombing work? Well, reading the About Photobombing page is probably the best thing to do.
so….is this just getting started again? and anyone can do it?
Yes! Well I hope a yes to both really.
It is going to get started, but as usual I’m being distracted by other things, specifically writing a huge essay for college. However in the theoretical space between research and writing I’m certainly going to start my photobomb blitzkrieg.
As for the question can anybody do it- absolutely. There’s a couple of ways you could get involved;
- You could send your photos to be “Bombed” by me, and see the results through this site
- You could physically bomb your own photographs
Drop me an email (anything you like at photobombing.com) and we can figure out quite how to do it :o)
Take care.
